Our Story
Our kitchen began with family recipes from North and South India, prepared with patience and care. Onions are slowly caramelized, whole spices are roasted and ground in house, and dough is freshly rolled every evening for the tandoor.
After years of welcoming guests in Amsterdam, we found a new home in Bussum. Smaller, quieter and closer to our guests, we continue to serve the same kitchen traditions and flavours you know and love.
